Imagine That

Photography is all about anticipation.

Great wedding photography is all about seeing a picture. Its about getting a great composition and the correct angle for the available light.
You have to be deliberate in what you capture.

As wedding Photo-Journalists our guiding philosophy is to be unobtrusive, which means we are deliberately searching for the decisive moments in your day. We anticipate your moves, when we see a great composition we wait for the action to unfold.

Colours should look like film

Poor photography relies on over saturating the colours to compensate for poor focus or incorrect exposure. Colours should be natural. Flesh tones should be warm not orange.

Movement should be graceful not frozen.

When people move there is a natural blurring that happens, which creates interest and explains what is happening. Flash photography is not only harsh on skin tomes and can white-out natural shadows, it invariably freezes out motion blur. Because we use only available light, we tend to use slow shutter speeds and so we capture the real motion in your photographs, which creates interest and expectation.
